He bitches that nobody will buy his crap, yet he doesn't want to make any money off it, lest the income disqualify him from the dole. It certainly explains why he won't promote the books he has Lulu print.
Just wants them to give away books with his name on it at concerts.
If Nicky actually sold some stories it would not endanger his check. He's allowed to earn $85 a month before it hits his check.
